Book Review #2

Hello again...

A Conversation with God for Women
If You Could Ask God Anything What Would It Be?
By Marcia Ford

A Conversation with God for Women by Marcia Ford is a book that I requested and received through the mail from the free publisher Booksneeze.com book review program. This book is about what it would be like to have an actual conversation with God. The book itself answers many of the questions, that you may have for God. There are seven chapters in the book alone. But they are divided into parts that have questions about God, Jesus, The Bible, Life, Prayer, Relationships and Good and Evil. Some of the questions include:

  • God, how can we know that you are listening?
  • Why aren't some prayer's answered?
  • Are all sins the same to You?
  • Jesus, are you really God's son?
And many more questions similar to the ones above.

To be honest, this book was alright, but from a rating from one to ten (ten being the highest and one being the lowest), I would have to give it a 8 and a half. The reason why I would give it a eight and a half would be because #1) it kind of lost my interest because some of the stuff that I was reading, I didn't understand it. and #2) Some of the the words and descriptive things were kind of confusing.

I would recommend this book to a women who was new to the Christian Faith and had several (or many) questions about being a Christian.
